Charity Driven Shoot
On the 27th November 2026 we are hosting a unique charity shoot to raise vital funds for East Anglia Children's Hospice. Together, we are aiming high to provide the care and support families need during this difficult time.

We have 10 pegs all up for auction which gives everyone an opportunity to place a bid to be part of this day.
Â
The day will consist of shooting over 3 different shoots:
Bonnywood Shoot, Barking.
Mallard Barn Shoot, Wattisham
Nedging Hall Shoot, Nedging.
Â
We are aiming to get a bag of around 150 birds , 100% of all the money raised go to East Anglia Children's Hospice to help the children that need it the most.Â

Behind the Event
Hi, My name is Kate Clarke and I am the one behind organising this event. Every few years I try to raise funds for charities as I feel this is my way of giving back to those who need it the most. So far I have raised almost £40,000 for EACH, East Anglian Air Ambulance, Prostate Cancer and The Porch Project.

This is something I am extremely proud of and I hope you will agree the satisfaction from raising money for such worthy causes makes all the hard work worth while.Â

10 Years ago I organised a similar event along with a Charity Ball and through the generosity of everyone we raised an amazing £25,000.Â

The shoot format is almost identical to that of 10 years ago - Where has that time gone! I think this idea is great, as its not very often you have the opportunity to stand on peg over 3 different shoots, all in one day.

Personally I would like to say thank you to those 3 shoots for making this possible by donating the drives, allowing this opportunity for others and contributing to raising as much money as possible to support the wonderful charity and the work they do.

I often get asked the question why do I do it and every time my answer is simple -
BECAUSE I CAN!
I am also a keen runner and set my self a challenge of running various half and full marathons to also raise money for EACH - this can be seen on my JustGiving Page, unfortunately, I picked up an injury at Manchester Marathon so I am currently not running and will miss some events but as soon as I am cleared from physio the running will recommence..Â

Why did I choose East Anglia Children's Hospice - for me it is the amazing work they do to provide care for young children who have terminal illnesses. I have been lucky enough to visit the Treehouse in Ipswich and see first hand what they offer and why it is so important that they keep receiving funds. Unfortunately life can be cruel and not every child has the opportunity to see life as we do, they may never go on holiday, they may never walk and for me this is a little way of giving something back not only to the children but to their families and siblings. I have never been in that situation but I can only image how hard it can be at times. Unfortunately EACH is mainly self funded and relies on people like you and me to help and support them so they can continue providing the excellent care. I ask you to be as generous as possible in the auction, or if you are not able to take part in the shoot, a small donation all helps this amazing cause.Â

Thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart.
